• All services, material specifications, pricing, and commercial terms described on this website are indicative only and subject to formal agreement and due diligence.
• Final commercial terms — including price, quantity, quality specifications, delivery schedules, and payment conditions — will be set out in binding written agreements (purchase orders, supply contracts, or proforma invoices) executed between the parties.
• ART reserves the right to accept or decline any commercial enquiry or transaction at its sole discretion, including on grounds of regulatory compliance, KYC requirements, or commercial suitability.
• Product availability, grades, and specifications are subject to change based on sourcing, processing capacity, and market conditions without prior notice.

Commercial Transactions & Payment Terms

The following general principles apply to commercial transactions with ART. Specific terms will be confirmed in individual agreements:

• Invoicing: All transactions are invoiced in accordance with UAE VAT regulations (Federal Decree-Law No. 8 of 2017). VAT tax invoices will be issued where applicable.
• Payment Allocation: Payments received will be applied against outstanding invoices in order of ageing. Where a payment is less than the outstanding balance, the amount will be allocated accordingly and the remaining balance will continue to age per the agreed payment terms. Where a payment or credit exceeds the outstanding balance, a new invoice or credit note will be raised as appropriate.
• Ageing & Interest: Overdue balances may attract interest charges calculated separately and communicated to the counterparty based on the agreed tenure and applicable commercial terms.
• AML & KYC: All commercial counterparties must satisfactorily complete ART's KYC and AML verification process before any transaction is executed, in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 20 of 2018 and related Central Bank guidelines.
• Bank Compliance: Transaction documentation, including invoices, contracts, and shipping records, must meet the standards required by ART's banking partners to facilitate payment processing and trade finance.

ART is committed to responsible and sustainable recycling practices in compliance with UAE environmental regulations and internationally recognised standards. When engaging with our services:

• All material sourcing, processing, and trading activities are conducted in accordance with applicable UAE environmental laws and the guidelines of relevant regulatory authorities, including the Ministry of Climate Change and Environment (MOCCAE) and emirate-level environmental agencies.
• Buyers and trading partners are responsible for ensuring that recycled materials they receive are handled, processed, and disposed of in compliance with the environmental laws of their country of receipt.
• ART does not knowingly engage in the trade of hazardous waste in violation of the Basel Convention or applicable UAE law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Advance Recycling Technology LLC, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: (i) your use of or access to this website; (ii) your violation of these Terms & Conditions; (iii) your breach of any applicable law or regulation; or (iv) any misrepresentation made by you in connection with any commercial transaction with ART.

Severability
